Tomorrow’s worries |Matthew 6: 25-34

Matthew 6: 25-34

There was a gentleman who had lots of chickens. One of them was a cock which was crowing from time to time. Their neighbors were having a problem due to this. One day, one of the neighbors visited the gentleman and informed them that due to cock, he is not able to sleep throughout the night.

The gentleman asked with surprised, because of my cock you cannot sleep, but why? My cock would be crow at night, more than two or three times. The neighbor replied, how often the cock is crowing, it is not my problem. When will the cock crow next by thinking about it I couldn’t sleep?

Today, many people among us who are living like this neighbor. It may happen that on tomorrow, we will have to face the adverse circumstances and problems, and at the same thing is that we are spending time while thinking about the loss. Some may not able to sleep as their belongings will be stolen.  We are spending the days with desperate and frustration by worrying about the pain that comes in the future instead of thinking what God has blessed us today. Today’s blessing is more important than tomorrows worries.

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior, then look at his words carefully written in Matthew 6:34: do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.

My God is with me, and I have no fear even If I am in the shadow of death. If I have no money, then God will lend me money. Our God, who cares for us. He takes care of all our worries.

God also wants his children not to be worried. Tomorrow’s misfortune can never happen and today’s grace is enough. If there is a new problem tomorrow, God will also give a new grace.

“Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry; about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34
